Cancellation/Modification Policy

We know sometimes plans change, and that’s okay!  Packages may be canceled for a full future travel credit provided the date of cancellation is 7 days or more before the first package travel date. Packages canceled 7 days or less before the first travel date are not eligible for a future travel credit.  Looking to modify a reservation to a different date or time?  Reservation modifications are based on availability and must be submitted 3 days prior to service date via email.  Grays does not guarantee modifications can be accommodated.

To cancel/modify your package, please email us at info@gograys.com.  All Cancellation/Modification requests must be submitted through our website or received via email by 11:59 PM Eastern at least 3 or 7 days before travel based on the specifications listed above.
