Our Shared Shuttle service is Grays most popular and affordable transportation option. When you book, you’ll share a ride with other Port Canaveral vacationers, saving money over traditional rideshare and taxi services. Additional pick-ups or drop-offs for fellow vacationers may be made along the way as we efficiently transport guests to their destinations.

No surprises here! What you pay, from front to back, covers everything to get you to and from your cruise.

Orlando Airport: Grays shared shuttles board and depart the Port on a regular basis from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM. These shuttles fill up on a first-come, first-served basis and will not depart the port until they are filled. ** Vacationers with a flight departure before 1:00 PM are required to self-debark and hop on an early shuttle to ensure they arrive at the airport with ample time to make their flight.

Grays offers a variety of scheduled hotel pick-up times, starting from 9:30am the morning of your cruise. All pick-up times are clearly outlined for each hotel during the checkout process, and in your check in package. Due to the nature of the shuttle service, pickup times can vary due to traffic and weather – vacationers will need to be outside their lobby at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Shuttles run on a regular basis from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Infants under two (2) years of age, not occupying a seat, may be carried free of charge when traveling with an adult (18 years of age or older). For shuttle service, car seats are not available at this time. For private transportation service, car seat needs can be arranged.

On average, total drive time will vary between 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. Please keep in mind times can vary based on pickups and traffic.

At this time, restrooms are not available on Grays shuttles. We recommend to our vacationers to consider using facilities prior to loading on the shuttle. Orlando MCO Airport and Port Canaveral both offer facilities.

Accessible and wheelchair lifts are subject to availability. At this time, please email Grays should you have an inquiry regarding a member of your party prior to making travel arrangements.

Orlando Area Hotel Transfers: If you’re staying at one of Orlando’s hotels the night before, we recommend scheduling your flight as convenient as possible.

Same Day Orlando Airport Transfers: If you’re arriving the same day, we recommend scheduling your flight to arrive before 11:30am, to give you enough time to collect your bags and walk to the pickup site.

We always advise vacationers to schedule their flight to depart after 1:00pm when utilizing Grays’ shared shuttles. Should your flight be earlier, we recommend hopping on the 7:00am or 8:00am shuttles to make your flight. Remember, shared shuttles fill up on a first come, first serve basis.

Guests of size who do not comfortably fit in one seat at 16" width are required to purchase a ticket for an additional adjacent seat when making the initial reservation. Two seats will be pre-assigned (at no additional charge) in order to ensure the passenger of size has two seats side-by-side.

If you don't see shuttle service from one point to another that you'd like to take, we currently don't have this option available yet for our individual shuttle tickets. Don't worry though! We can still provide you a comfortable ride to your destination, wherever that is, for your entire party. Simply email us at private@gograys.com with your request.
